Love I believe they do

well, I am Catholic....and the priest at our church recommends ALL dogs own or wear St. Francis charms! We even have days that are Pet blessing days where u can bring your animal in and they are blessed with holy water I think if ther is a Saint who dedicated his life to protecting animals as St. Francis did then they must go to heaven...why else would they be blessed??? But again these are my beliefs... Here is some facts about St. Francis to maybe help you believe or see another view!

Saint Francis of Assisi (September 26, 1181 – October 3, 1226) was a Roman Catholic friar and the founder of the Order of Friars Minor, more commonly known as the Franciscans.

He is known as the patron saint of animals, birds, and the environment, and it is customary for Catholic churches to hold ceremonies honoring animals around his feast day of October 4.
