oh no, poor baby. I would definitely take him for a 2nd opinion. Is anyone is your home getting rashes or bites? I know a family that brought home this cute little puppy. And within 3 weeks the pup had scabs all over it. The lady went to the ER herself because she thought she was having an allergic reaction to something due to the rash all over her. The ER said it was Mange from the new puppy. They took the pup in and had a skin sample removed and tested and that's def what it was. I remember her saying in the end they shelled out over $800 between the doc visits for them and the vet visits. Also all the meds the family and the pup had to go on. In the end everything was ok. This was probably 6-7 years ago and they still have the dog. Not trying to scare you just a thought from seeing something scab related on a pup before. |
