I got chloe at 3 months and started dressing her up right away. She doesnt mind clothes. My chihuahua however isnt crazy about clothes. She just normally wears neckwear. And I started dressing her up when she was a puppy so I think some dogs mind and some dont. CHloe will go with me in a carrier but Tink HATED then and would spread her legs out like a cat so she couldnt be put in one!
