I have theee worst back pain ever lol, like a pinched feeling in the back, throughout the whole pregnancy and it's killing me because tylenol will not help it.
But i do know abdominal cramping is normal, even light spotting at the time you normally would have gotten your period, but anything that soaks a pad in an hour is not normal and should be treated and seen right away.
I work at urgent care and i'm the OB nurse there so i always am asking the doctors i work with questions lol, i learn a lot as well
