A nutritionalist wouldn't rate this food very high at all.

It has too many fillers in the first five ingredients. You can have better quality protein sources. The food doesn't list exactly what fish oil they use, only that it's fish oil...which could mean that it's whatever is cheaper to make that particular batch, lesser scruitiny for the marketed farm fish which means you need to be careful about mercury levels in said fish....does this company do that?
Further, it has sunflower product, which has been looked at for years as a carcinogenic in dogs. When I have time, or if you'd like, take a search looking for this very subject. Maybe at the American Veterinary Medical Association, or maybe even Solid Gold will have an article on it somewhere from years ago.

The list goes on, point is, I'd move along and do more homework.
