Here, it shows that it was released on 10/1/2007, so it has to be the newest version, right? I don't know???

I want something easy to use (have photo shop elements 4) where I can not just edit pictures, but play around with them and do my avatars (instead of bugging people to) and merge photo's, etc...Like YorkieShadow did for me or like Villette does.
