You'll want to feed raw bones as cooked bones can splinter. You can freeze the bones and then thaw them out to feed..freezing will kill bacteria. I'm not sure what the best bones are for recreational chewing..I know some other members can help here. I've given raw chicken necks before though - Lacy took about 30-45 minutes to eat one
