We free feed here, with Parker being so tiny (less then 2 pounds) I feel its safe to keep his kibble out for him to graze on. I am scared of if he plays too hard and what not he could fall into low blood sugar. Leaving it out allows him to have nibbles here and there out through the day. He does get wet food once a day and that is left out for a period of time after that I take that away. Hope this helps, and congrats on the new baby!!!
