Thank you for posting this site. While I am fully aware of puppy mills and auctions I like how they have each state's lemon laws on buying a puppy. Very good information. We always have people come on after the fact and ask what they can do and directing them to their state laws might help. The sad part is very few states have lemon laws but it is a beginning.
