Hi all, last night Delilah was doing her little dance of turning around in circles like she does on the way to bed when she doubled back and my foot sent her sprawling about 2 feet. There is about a 4 inch drop from the family room to my bedroom and she hit the floor and cried but did not limp or act hurt other than the cry when she hit. Anyway, I called the vet today to ask for something for pain and he gave me Metacam. Has anyone ever used this and is it relatively safe? She is not acting like she is in pain but she is shy of my feet! Poor baby. I feel like I need to baby proof the entire house complete with bumper pads on all the sharp corners!
