Congrats on your new puppy! It sounds like your baby was traumatized by the flight and that is why he hates the crate. If you are scared of letting him sleep in the bed try putting him in a small bathroom. We allow Lexie to sleep in the bed with us and have for a while (she is seven months) but we started training her in the crate, which we put next to our bed.
