Oh I didnt notice that it was not changing . Hum once you saved it did you make any changes to it? If so then it wont work. You have to keep it as it is.
Go up and save it again. go to your user CP then to Edit avavtar, then in Browse seach for that av on your computer. once you see it click on it, then save changes.
PS delete the one you already have saved on your computer and save it again.
