I make mine useing PSP Paintshop pro 7
Go to PSP program
Bring up the picture on it that you want to use for your avatar.
Make all pictures 125x 112 make sure you save and rename them, so that they dont replace your org pic.
Once they are saved to that size. go back to PSP and in file click on Software produts over to Launch amination shop, click that to bring it up.
once there go to file click amination wizard. it will bring up another box keep clicking next until you get to where it says add image. click add image, and picck the image picture you want to be shown first on your av, keep adding the pictures to your av. when done adding click next again. Then finish.
It will then bring up your picture in order on the amination shop. Go to edit at top and click select all. this will make what ever you do work on all pic's at once.Then right click on picture and click on framed properties. This will set the speed to change from one pic to another I usualy pick a number over 200 speed. then ok it. You can check how it looks by going to view at top and clicking on Amination. It will show you what it will look like and what the speed looks like, if the speed is to slow or to fast go back and change the numbers. Once you get to what you like you can also go up to effects and play around with the different things they have on there to play around with the av. when you get to what you like, go to file at top and save. Your done.
