I've been getting some really bad headaches more frequently then in the past. I'm guessing stress related but they are doozies. Not your typical headache. For me I need to just lay in the quiet and sort of just take my mind into itself and block everything out. When it's really severe I use an ice pack. I put it on my head until the pain is just sooooooo unbearable and then take it off. I do this off and on a few times and then just totally relax. The pain for the cold just kind of shocks it for me and they go away. But try and hold out for as long as possible before your remove the cold.
