I get about 3 over each eye brow, two on each side of my head in the temple area of the scalp, and 4 in my neck and shoulder area. Then the last two at the base of my skull. They don't go very deep. I think insurance pays for it if it is really bad, mine does (tricare). But for them, it is cheaper to pay for 2 viles (sp?) of the botox than a months supply of my main migraine meds.
