Completely depends on where in the UK they are, different areas of the country have different accents and pronunciation. Just like people in new york don't speak the same way as those in texas. Some people say yorksheer, yorkshur, yorkshire, yorksha, yorksure, there is probably more. Myself, i'm from the midlands and I kinda say yorkshur.
