Max has the same problem, but I read some of the stuff here b/f and decided to wait till they come out naturally. At first (when he was growing double teeth) the baby teeth were not loose at all. I let him keep playing tug of war and gave him chew toys often. After a week or so, they became loose. Right now his lower ones are both very loose (will come out any day now). But the upper ones are not at all loose, but we'll wait and see.
