I paid $38.00 for Bella at a doggy Salon. I've only taken her once so far and to a groomer that was highly recommended and requested the owner and she did a wonderful job, exactly as I requested to her. I don't know anything about Petco or Petsmart salons. $60.00 seems pretty high but maybe that's what the going rate is in your area.
