I know I should let Des answer, but....no. She has all her custom tailored harnesses and dress section completely shut down until after she finishes all the holiday orders. You can still order most other things on her web site, but not the harnesses/dresses custom made. The Hello Kitty dress falls into that category so it is no longer available for this year...pretty sure anyway... Des, correct me if I'm wrong, please
