We have just recently got alfie who is almost 10 weeks old, already having jamie (jack russell x beagle) who is 9. We had the same aprehension also about getting another dog. Jamie and Alfie get on great, although the odd time Jamie has let Alfie know he was here first, just one woof and Alfies been told. Lol. Alfie has given Jamie a new lease of life, Jamie will search for alfie if he can not see him. I treat my boys exactly the same as each other. Two hands, two treats and two dogs is my motto.
