Ahhhh, thank you for the tip! lol I'm going to make them into really small pieces for training purposes, but I'm trying really hard to train, so I'd say quite a few. I think until I slow down the training I'll hold off on the kidney for now, which was the organ meat I was going to use.
As for the crunching sound, I guess I associate with shows like E.R. when they're cutting into someone's chest, or I just worry about breaking teeth. Either way, it's like nails on a blackboard to me... which ironically, nails on a blackboard DOESN'T bother me!
