It sounds like a food allergy. Have you experimented with a food that has corn, wheat or soy in it? Ellie gets very itchy when she eats corn. By the way, her vet says to see if it is corn, we will have to wait sixty days for the new food to kick in and the old to leave, so she could be itchy for that long.
Definately try the oatmeal bath.
