Welcome to YT. Murfee is my first yorkie and I feel so blessed to have him. I have had all kinds of dogs, big and little. Murfee is 4 and so far we have had NO health issues, he was very easy to housebreak, travels well in the car and goes everyplace with us. I groom him myself....and I am no expert. I keep him usually fairly short....maybe an inch or so. He gets a bath at least once a week and I can bathe and dry him usually in less than 10 minutes. We live in the country so he doesn't usually go for walks unless we are out camping and then hubby takes him "hunting". All in all, I have NO complaints whatsoever. I will admit he pouts when he doesn't get his way. Good luck, Patty
