this was what I got back from the vet in California
First of all, dogs really don't have cerebral vascular accidents (strokes) per say like we do. It is a rare occurance, but usually if it does happen, it is in older animals. I am sorry that I didn't have more info to really make a better "guess".... Was any labwork done? She sounds like she has something else going on in all honesty. I would refer her to a neurologist for sure. Bloodwork would perhaps be helpful but an MRI would be most helpful
