I think that yougetthesmiles misread your tie date. You count from the first tie which you said was Oct. 12 which would make her 45 days today. You could have an ultrasound done like Sugar's Mom said or you could wait until day 52 and have her xrayed.
Has your vet tried to palpate her to feel for puppies? Did your vet use the pregnancy test that tests for Relaxin?
