Yes chicken is very good to start with, I wouldn't feed pork to him this soon, it can be a bit much for them at first. Liver and kidney are good but as they are organ meat make sure to feed them in very small amounts at first, and only 1-2 times weekly. Congratulations and feel free to ask us lots of questions
