I went to Memphis yesterday to stock up on NV raw medallions (5 hr round trip)
I got 2 rabbit, 2 chicken, 1 venison, and 1 lamb. Well, I put out the rabbit this morning as she did her little hungry morning dance and she took one sniff and looked at me as if to say, "this chicken has gone bad". I gave her a bit from my hand but she was none too pleased with it. I ended up putting it back in the fridge and will try again later. And you would know the rabbit was the most expensive!
I was thinking once I get some tripe of mixing it in with the rabbit so it will not go to waste...I hope. Any other suggestions?
