our hardest command was come. they say to split people up into diff rooms and give the pup a treat when they show up to being called. i wish we had done that . now after a year she finally will come when called!
Bella never has or will ever get the stay command..lol
i used down instead of lay down. that took longer than sit but still learned it in one session. i had to get on the floor with her. first i made her sit. then i put a treat to her nose and slowly lowered it to the floor.
that got her face to the floor and i gently guided the rest of her body to the floor in a laying position. I repeated down several times during the process.
Because they are so little you have to be on the ground with them.
