I tried too, doesn't look funny at all but yowza! It get's heavy in a hurry! Figure 7 pound Yorkie + 2-3 pound carrier (or more depending on the make) and you are toting 10+ pounds on your shoulder!
Needless to say Jazzie walks! It's good for her too!
