it could be allergies but that tends to come with other things.... since she is so new i'd call the vet on monday and see what they say. Did she go for a vet check when you first got her? (which coudln't have been that long ago) because i know they always look for clear clean eyes and nose... i wouldn't worry yet but i'd keep an eye on her and call on monday if it is still there
