My initial thought is that both of these pups were WAY TOO YOUNG to be placed in their forever loving homes. (12 weeks is the standard time for them to be released) This could very easily be attributing to the problem you are both experiencing with them not wanting to eat.
Check back w/ the breeder and make sure you are feeding the same food they were accustomed to eating before leaving the breeder. As mentioned, the nutrical/honey supplement is good for making sure they don't develop low blood sugar, but it is critical that they are still getting enough food. Make sure you are keeping them on their same eating schedule, allowing them plenty of rest time and not exposing them to too much excitement during their adjustment time in your home.
