I will always pick a female over a male. I guess its my personal preference.(ok, I think girls are more intelligent than boys!!LOL) In my experience as a breeder, most people want a female because they want the kids to experience the joy of having a litter. Or they only want to breed her once as it will make her a better dog. Or they want to re-coop the $$ spent when they bought her. Well,for me, that goes over like a lead balloon!!! Sometimes I wonder where are all the wonderful families that only want a pet to enjoy forever?? The people who dont care if its a boy or a girl. Seems like they are far and few between. |
