Here is one of my favorite soups for cold weather
Tortellini Soup
3 (14 ½ oz) cans chicken broth 2 (9oz) pkgs. refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
1 (14 ½ oz) can diced tomatoes, un-drained 4 green onions, chopped 1tsp. dried basil
2 garlic cloves, minced Garnish: Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Bring broth to a boil in large pan over med-high heat; add tortellini and next four ingredients. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Garnish with cheese. Can use meat-filled tortellini too.
