My favorite is my mother's dressing (yum)
Slow Cocker Stuffing
1 cup butter, melted 2 cup celery, chopped 1 cup onion, chopped 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 ½ tsp. leaf sage, crumbled ½ tsp. pepper 1 ½ tsp. salt 1 tsp. thyme 2 eggs, beaten
4 cup chicken broth 12 cup dry bread crumbs
In a large bowl, mix together butter, celery, onion, spices, eggs and broth. Add bread crumbs and stir to blend. Cook in slow cocker on high for 45 minutes; reduce heat and cook on low for 6 hours. (You can add other ingredients to suit your taste)
