I was wondering, has anyone placed an order recently or have been successful contacting Kathryn? I ordered some stuff near the beginning of her sale and I got my items, except for one thing that was sold out. On the receipt, she said it would be refunded, but it never was. I've tried to PM her and email her but I haven't heard anything back. It's been over a month now...I sent her a PM on Oct.17 and an email on Nov. 2
I would like to order some more items, but if she hasn't even been getting her emails, then I don't know how long it would take to process the order. Have any of you recently purchased items and your order has been processed or delivered?
