OMG so glad it came out for you and it does make a lot of pies. We had ours for Thanksgiving too along with a pumpkin and cheesecake well the apple pie went first as always.
Thank goodness you were able to follow my recipe directions since it wasn't written down only in my head - yikes
and I had a typo in the recipe - should have been to pour the sour cream mixture "evenly" over the apples...
