Oscar has double canines on his lower right side. I'll have the vet take the baby tooth out at his neutering only if he thinks it's going to be a problem. I would ask your vet. Sometimes the extra teeth create a problem with the bite, and they can also hold tartar where they meet the permanent tooth.
