Hello,

My Yorkie Lola is almost 7 months old. We got her at 9 weeks and have been doing the wee wee pad thing. She is in a crate that is also in a pen with a wee wee pad in the pen. She's never been completely housebroken. She WAS doing quite well though until several weeks ago after we had her spayed. The first few days after surgery we just assumed she was drugged up or in pain. But since then she is having accidents EVERYWHERE. She had pooped right in the middle of my kitchen floor! She is even peeing on the floor in her pen like 6 inches from her pad. Yesterday I put her into her crate to go to bed and she just looked up at me with her ears back while she peed on all of her blankets in her crate!

I asked the vet and they said that this has nothing to do with her spay. In my mind, it may not have anything to do with it physically, but I wonder emotionally?

Any tips? Is there some definitive book or website with wee wee pad training advise. I'm at such a loss.
