I do too! I am always really understanding and want the purchaser to be happy. I describe all my items well and am fair with shipping so I'm a little upset to be talked to the way they were over something that cost 3.25

I think I made $2.00 on the sale, so it's not like I was making out like a bandit here.
I've responded very politely so I guess I'll see if I end up getting the item back and I will refund her the purchase price.
I guess I just wouldn't bother to send something back for a $1.50 refund after return shipping, when the item is described correctly. Oh well!
