The white cells in the blood (leukocytes) are inflammitory cells. When there is an infection or tissue damage, they migrate out of the blood and into the affected tissue. The lymph word may have been lymphocytes which are one of the leukocytes in the blood. The leukocytes include monocytes, lymphocytes, eosinophils, neutrophils, and basophils. Lymphocytes are both B-cells and T-cells.

I'm just really have a strong feeling that your dog is severly allergic to something in the food you are feeding. I would have an allergy test done.
