My 2nd issue is that we live on the 2nd floor - if Bailey starts to poop I clap loudly and say no, but he can't seem to stop the flow of poo. Is it too late to take him outside after he has already poo'd in the house? How do I stop him in the middle of pooping and take him to the appropriate place to poop, although I live on the 2nd floor - that is my dilemna.

At 15 weeks old i would begin house training. Mine started the minute i got her home at 13 weeks. He should be able to hold his pee for almost 4 hours by now. Does he have free reign of the house or are you crate training him as well?
