So, I am working on potty training my 15 week old Yorkie, Bailey. My questions to you are:

at 15 weeks, how much of the training should I expect him to retain? Am I asking too much by beginning the potty training at 15 weeks?

My 2nd issue is that we live on the 2nd floor - if Bailey starts to poop I clap loudly and say no, but he can't seem to stop the flow of poo. Is it too late to take him outside after he has already poo'd in the house? How do I stop him in the middle of pooping and take him to the appropriate place to poop, although I live on the 2nd floor - that is my dilemna.

All tips and words of encouragement are welcome!
