Well, Hubby and I have just been discussing this and have decided to get a second opinion. Our vet is normally very good, but I don't want to take chances. He is also a VERY good friend of ours, so this is going to be difficult.
My cousins wife's brother is a renowned small animal surgeon, so I am going to get an appointment with him. After all, this is my son we are talking about.
