I would take him to a trainer for the aggression. Either that or you can try everytime he snaps, roll him onto his back, hold him down until he calms and gently but firmly hold his little snout shut and say "NO BITING" in a firm voice. Do not let him go until he is COMPLETELY submissive. I hope that helps. It stinks when they are little poops but they are small enough to control when their behavior turns like that. You just need to be firm but gentle. Don't scare him but don't let him get away with it either.
