Luckily, I am a at home petsitter along with the groomer I work with. haha So if I have to go out of town and I can't take my dogs (which rarely do I not take them wherever I go) I send them to her house. Or their Godmomma or Grandparents house since they all live in town. haha I would never under any circumstance kennel my dogs anywhere that wasn't in home with someone I know. I hear too many horror stories and have to shave down way too many dogs after having their very upset owners bringing them to us after kenneling them and seeing house whoever took care of them just didn't ever take a brush to their coats. And it's just not fair for them to spend 24/7 in a crate. Maybe my guys are overly spoiled, but I am very firmly anti-kennels. lol
