Her blood sugar crashed early this AM while still at the ER, probably due to trauma and the change in food...She was already on an IV so they gave her some fast IV sugar/fluids. I went over this morning with some of her food to see if that would help and by the time I got there she had eaten a good amount of baby food that they gave her, and they decided she could come home! She has perked up so much, and my son feels a lot better. I'll never forget his face when he realized that there was something seriously wrong with her, he just wept... I really thought she was going to lose her sight permanently... I am really blessed today to have wonderful children and a sweet husband who cried with me as he drove us to the emergancy vet...

Thanks again for all the thoughts and prayers.. ...
What a huge relief. I've been holding my breath since I first read your post. I'm so glad she's doing better.
