A GREAT dental treat is a raw bone with some meat still on it.. It's kinda gross at first, but it's so good for their teeth and all dogs seem to love them.

If you had to chew, chew, chew, chew 50 times to get one bite of food off, your teeth would be pretty clean too. And since their jaw can get tired from chewing, they use their canines and front teeth to pull at the meat..

BTW this doesn't work with cooked meat, because cooked meat has no elasticity and is easy to chomp apart.
