you are in my thoughts and prayers, i had severe IUGR which is basically what you are saying (baby measuring smaller than gestational age) and i went through a lot a lot alot, but my baby is now 16 months and is perfectly fine
still tiny but she acts like a big girl
my baby had so many problems from being in respiratory distress, to PDA and heart conditions to having surgery and she's okay so don't worry!
