We had the same thing happen with Adison, she developed a marble sized lump from her internal sutures, turns out she had a reaction to the type they used and we had a second surgery to remove the cyst that had formed, after a round of antibiotics killed the infection.
The second surgery was easy as pie you couldn't even tell she had surgery again!
