lol.. i just put mine in... i even forgot to put the thermometer in ... .shoot.. so I already had it in the bag and I just stuck it in the thickest part possible that i could see with all the heat...lol... well the timers on for 3.5 to 4 hrs so that should be enough its only a 14 lb bird..lol... ohh and I forgot to get it out to defrost with enough time I took it out yesterday at 6pm hopefully all turns out well!
